Catalonia.health is joining Leaders in Beauty 2026, the event organized by Beauty Cluster aimed at CEOs, general managers, People/HR leads and managers in the cosmetics, perfumery and health sectors.

We are living in a moment when organizations must make decisions for which no playbook exists: artificial intelligence is redefining the value of knowledge, up to four generations coexist within teams, and managers face unprecedented pressure. In this context, leading the way things have always been done is no longer enough.

Leaders in Beauty was created to bring together leaders who want to get ahead of this shift, with a format combining keynotes, real-world case studies and participatory formats such as The Decision Room, where the audience decides how to act on a real challenge before learning the solution the company actually applied, and the People Challenge, a networking space designed to turn everyday leadership challenges into collective learning.

The event will close with a shared look at the future of leadership in the sector.
